Refunds and Returns


A request for a return must be made within 14 days of you receiving your goods, or when the first delivery attempt has been made. If your request is authorised then we must receive the goods back within 14 days of the authorisation.

Kits are eligible for return if they have not been used and must contain all the contents received.  If you have unpacked the needle from its cover then please do not return the needle.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and you should use a trackable service as lost returns cannot be refunded.

How will you receive a refund
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm receipt.  If we agree to the refund then we will pay directly back to the credit card or original source of the payment within 14 days, but usually a lot sooner.
Exchange rather than refund
If you would prefer an exchange then the exchange will be sent to you within 7 days of receiving the returned item once we have agreed to do so.
